All products offered in our outlet are of quality. Each item has been carefully inspected and selected to ensure its integrity and functionality.

Our outlet products are usually available in limited quantities. This is because there are few units or materials left for their standard production. Therefore, we recommend that you act quickly if you find something you like, as it may not be available for long.

We offer reduced prices in our outlet collection to make our quality products accessible to all our customers. We believe in providing excellent products at affordable prices.

BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER DAYS, AND CYBER SANTA

This campaign will be valid during the dates stipulated by the company.

During these days, sales will only be made directly to individuals who are end consumers; sales to legal entities are not enabled.

The invoice for the purchased goods will be issued on the day of purchase or at the latest the following business day.

Payment can only be made through debit cards; credit cards, and other electronic payment methods. Cash on delivery is not applicable.

The published prices will already have the discount applied; only the price without discount will be shown for customer information purposes.

The goods acquired with this benefit will be sent to the final consumer within two (2) weeks after the purchase is made; this will be fulfilled as long as there are no subsequent changes of any kind by the customer regarding the information filled out at the time of purchase. The approval of the transaction will be subject to the Bank's review.

At the time of entering the Black Bison website or making the purchase, you must enter your document number through which we will issue your purchase invoice for the items. Black Bison is not responsible for entering or filling out this document at the time of purchase.

VOUCHERS

Black Bison vouchers are an exclusive benefit designed to accompany you on your next purchase, subject to these terms and conditions.

Vouchers do not apply to outlet products nor are they cumulative with other discounts, promotions, coupons, or current benefits.
Its redemption is for total use and only once, so it must be applied in a single order; any unused value will not be refundable or reusable.
Each voucher may be used only once per order and does not apply to cash on delivery payments.
The redemption of the voucher will be subject to making a purchase greater than the established minimum amount, which will be informed at the time of the voucher issuance.
Vouchers are personal and non-transferable, not redeemable for cash or other means of payment.

Black Bison reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the vouchers and their conditions at any time, without prior notice, respecting the vouchers issued within their validity.

COMBOS OR PACKS

Variety: Each combo may include different products, tailored to specific promotions and seasons.
Benefits: Packs may have exclusive discounts or include gifts at no additional cost.
Availability: Packs will be available as long as general discounts are not applied in the store, such as Black Friday or other large-scale promotions.
Individual Exchange: Individual product exchanges from a combo are allowed, according to our general exchange policies.
Conditions for Exchange:
- The exchange must be for the same reference in the corresponding size.
- If the desired size is not available in the same style, we offer the option to select another product of equal or greater value, paying the corresponding difference.
Full Return: In case of a return, packs must be returned in their entirety, and partial returns of a combo are not possible.
Deadline: Returns must be requested within 5 days following our return policies for any product.
Defective or Poor Condition Product:
- If any product in the combo arrives defective or in poor condition, evidence (photographs, description) must be sent to the email info@blackbison.co or through the WhatsApp chat at (+57) 3042575049 - (+57) 3159786494.
- In these cases, the situation will be treated as a warranty and managed according to the established warranty policies of Black Bison.
Packs do not apply for general discount days, as they already include their own offer (discount or gift).
Cumulative discounts (such as birthday, referral, or first purchase) can only be used on products without a discount.
The payment methods and shipping modalities for the packs are the same as those that apply to any other product in our store, with no additional restrictions.
The packs will be available during normal sales periods and will be offered as long as no general promotions involving global discounts in the store are being applied (for example, Black Friday or other special activities).

DAY WITHOUT VAT

DECREE 682 OF MAY 21, 2020

According to decree 682 of May 21, 2020, the exemption from the sales tax - VAT is established for certain goods.

The days of VAT exemption correspond to the following dates:

- March 11, 2022

- June 17, 2022

- December 2, 2022

The VAT exemption will apply to the goods of Black Bison and their respective values according to decree 682 of May 21, 2020, articles 3 and 4, as follows:

Clothing: These are garments of all kinds, understood as any piece of clothing or footwear, regardless of the material of manufacture. Raw materials are excluded. Whose selling price per unit is equal to or less than twenty (20 UVT* / $712,140), excluding the sales tax (VAT).

*Current value of UVT 2022: $38,004 Colombian pesos

During this day, the sale will only be made directly to natural persons who are final consumers; sales to legal entities are not permitted.

The invoice corresponding to the acquired goods will be issued on the day of the VAT exemption.

The goods acquired with this benefit must be delivered to the final consumer within two (2) weeks, counted from the date the invoice was issued; this will be fulfilled as long as there are no subsequent changes in the delivery address compared to the one provided at the time of purchase.

Payment can only be made through debit cards; credit cards, and other electronic payment mechanisms. Payment on delivery is not applicable according to decree 1314 of 2021 "The date of the payment receipt or voucher for the acquisition of the covered goods must correspond to the exempt day of the sales tax - VAT on which the sale was made." "And decree 1314 of 2021 "Payments for the covered goods must be made in cash, debit cards, credit cards, or any other electronic payment mechanism. The date of the voucher, the electronic payment message, or the payment receipt must correspond to the same date of the day on which the sale was made that corresponds to the day subject to the benefit established in article 1.3.1.10.16 of this Decree.
The above in accordance with the provisions of numeral 3 of article 39 of Law 2155 of 2021."

The final consumer may not purchase more than three items of the same category or type; for example, they may buy up to three pairs of shoes, but they may not purchase these three items in the virtual store during this activity.

The published prices will already include the VAT exemption; only the price with VAT will be reflected for customer information purposes.

At the moment of entering the Black Bison website or making the purchase, you must enter your document number through which we will issue your purchase invoice for the items. Black Bison is not responsible for entering or completing this document at the time of making the purchase.

OUR HOURS FOR THE DAY WITHOUT VAT

*The shipment of the product will be made up to two weeks following the invoicing after the date of the event. The approval of the transaction will be subject to the Bank's review.

Products purchased on the day without VAT that wish to be exchanged are covered according to Decree 1314 of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit: “when the return or refund of the value of the good is generated, the new purchase will not be covered by the exemption in the sales tax (VAT), unless it is made on another day that applies this benefit”. " In order to maintain the exemption from the sales tax - VAT on the "day without VAT" when returns, exchanges, or warranties are presented for the goods covered by the exemption in the sales tax - VAT, which were sold on the day the exemption was applied, the responsible party for the sales tax - VAT must carry out the return, exchange, or warranty for another good of the same reference, brand, value, and to the same purchaser of the good subject to return, exchange, or warranty. When the return or refund of the value of the good is generated, the new purchase will not be covered by the exemption in the sales tax - VAT unless it is made on another day that applies this benefit."

The deduction that applies to this sale corresponds to the exemption established in Law 2155 of September 14, 2021. It is NOT a promotion.
