Black Bison sneakers are produced in Colombia – Bucaramanga. Our factory is constantly monitored, verifying that our artisans receive fair conditions and payments for their excellent work.
The new Black Bison collections are aimed at men. However, our Classic95 collection maintains its unisex style, perfect for every foot shape. In this case, the sizes vary between men and women, we invite you to consult the size guide here.
The sneakers in the online store, Black Bison, correspond to availability in real time, showing existing sizes. It may happen that there is a model available in the virtual store and it is actually out of stock due to a system error. For this case, we contact the client to provide a solution.
Our footwear is not waterproof, some leathers are water resistant and others tend to be harmful, generating unwanted reactions, such as running colors, stains, among others.

We sometimes offer pre-orders for pre-sale products for the launch of new collections. You can have the option to reserve through the “PreOrder” button that you will find in the place of the “BUY” button (if the product allows it), carrying out the entire normal purchasing process. SHIPMENT
All our sneakers are shipped with a biodegradable protective bag that protects the boxes (which are 100% recyclable) where your sneakers come. Inside you will find the sneakers and a gift.
Any return must be returned with its original packaging and the gift in perfect condition.
We currently accept multiple payment methods, adjusted to your needs. These will be available at check out at checkout. All our payments are processed in Colombian peso (COP) which is the default currency in our payment gateway. Prices shown in other currencies (USD) are converted based on the exchange rate set by your bank or credit card company.
We also handle cash on delivery payments nationwide. These are available in some regions of the country and must be requested through our WhatsApp +57 3042575049.
Our virtual store has security systems such as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and PCI (Data Security Standard) to protect the information you provide us. National orders take between 3 to 8 business days depending on the destination municipality. International orders take between 7 to 15 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a link and tracking number.
After placing an order in our online store, you will receive an email with the purchase information. Once the product is shipped, you will receive another email about the shipment with the tracking number and link to the carrier's page to be able to track your package.
Nationwide shipping for purchases over $200,000 pesos is free in the country's main cities. International shipments will have a cost that varies depending on the final destination and will be shown at the time of purchase. You can read full shipping information here .
Orders shipped outside of Colombia will likely owe import duties that must be paid by the buyer to the carrier.

In our virtual store you can only make transactions with national credit cards. Sometimes the validation of your payment may take a little longer than usual and everything will depend on your bank.

EXCHANGES / RETURNS
Changes can be made only by size, within 20 calendar days, from receipt of the product to the customer. Returns may be made within 5 calendar days. The cost of shipping to the company will be assumed by the customer, whether by size or money back. Sale items do not apply for returns. You can make changes by size on sale items, the cost of shipping must be assumed in its entirety by the customer.
Internationally, returns will not be covered by BLACK BISON and may be subject to customs duties that must be paid by the buyer.

When your refund is approved, bank transfer or original payment method will be processed and applied within the next 30 days. Sometimes your bank takes a longer processing time before the refund is published.
Yes, it may differ from the original amount. The prices shown in the virtual store may vary between the dollar (USD) and the Colombian peso (COP) but our payment is always processed in pesos (COP). If your credit card has foreign currency, your card issuing company will convert the amount at the most recent exchange rate.
The amount will also differ according to the condition of the returned item.
GIFT CARD
Our virtual store has the option of purchasing gift cards to give as gifts and be redeemed by whoever is authorized. Gift cards have no additional processing fees, and will be emailed to be forwarded to the recipient.

We currently do not have a physical store, but through our different service channels (facebook, instagram, whatsapp) we solve any concerns you may have as quickly as possible. We only sell through the virtual store, we currently do not have allies or wholesalers.
All our shoes have a 90-day guarantee for defects related to workmanship, sewing and gluing of the sole. For more information see here .
It is not necessary to be registered on the BLACK BISON website to purchase. We offer you an agile and secure way to make your purchases. You only have to provide your email, name, surname, address, telephone number and ID when making payment. If you want to be aware of the launches and discounts we offer, we invite you to register .
