Black Bison sneakers are produced in Colombia – Bucaramanga. Our factory is constantly supervised, ensuring that our artisans receive fair conditions and payments for their excellent work.
The new Black Bison collections are focused on men. However, our Classic95 collection maintains its unisex style, perfect for every foot shape. In this case, the sizes vary for men and women; we invite you to consult the size guide here.
The sneakers from the online store, Black Bison, correspond to real-time availability, showing the existing sizes. It may happen that a model is available in the virtual store but is actually out of stock due to a system error. In this case, we contact the customer to provide a solution.
Our footwear is not waterproof; some leathers are water-resistant while others tend to be harmful, causing unwanted reactions such as color running, stains, among others.

Sometimes we offer pre-orders for products on pre-sale for the launch of new collections. You may have the option to reserve through the “PreOrder” button that you will find in place of the “BUY” button (if the product allows it), completing the entire normal purchase process. SHIPPING
All our sneakers are shipped with a biodegradable protective bag that protects the boxes (which are 100% recyclable) in which your sneakers come. Inside, you will find the sneakers and a gift.
Any return must be sent back with its original packaging and the gift in perfect condition.
We currently accept multiple payment methods tailored to your needs. These will be available at checkout when completing the purchase. All our payments are processed in Colombian peso (COP), which is the default currency in our payment gateway. Prices shown in other currencies (USD) are converted based on the exchange rate set by your bank or credit card company.
We also handle Cash on Delivery payments nationwide. These are available in some regions of the country and must be requested through our WhatsApp +57 3042575049.
Our online store has security systems such as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and PCI (The Data Security Standard) to protect the information you provide us. Domestic orders take between 3 to 8 business days depending on the destination municipality. International orders take between 7 to 15 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a link and tracking number.
After placing an order in our online store, you will receive an email with the purchase information. Once the product is shipped, you will receive another email about the shipment with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to track your package.
National shipments for purchases over $200,000 pesos are free in the main cities of the country. International shipments will have a cost that varies according to the final destination and will be shown at the time of purchase. You can read the complete information about shipments here.
Orders shipped outside of Colombia will likely owe import duties that must be paid by the buyer to the carrier.
Currently, we only ship within Colombia. Full tracking is provided for all BLACK BISON orders. If you are in any other country, contact us (info@blackbison.co - WhatsApp (+57) 3042575049) and we will do our best to get your order to you.
In our online store, you can only make transactions with national credit cards. Sometimes the validation of your payment may take a little longer than usual, and it will all depend on your bank.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS
Exchanges can only be made by size, within 20 calendar days from the receipt of the product by the customer. Returns can be made within 5 calendar days. The shipping cost to the company will be borne by the customer, whether for size exchange or refund. Sale items are not eligible for returns. You can make size exchanges on sale items, but the shipping costs must be fully borne by the customer.
At the international level, returns will not be covered by BLACK BISON and may be subject to customs fees that must be paid by the buyer.

When your refund is approved, it will be processed and applied via bank transfer or original payment method within the next 30 days. Occasionally, your bank takes a longer processing time before the refund is posted.
Yes, it may differ from the original amount. The prices shown in the virtual store may vary between the dollar (USD) and the Colombian peso (COP) but our payment is always processed in pesos (COP). If your credit card is in foreign currency, the card issuing company will convert the amount at the most recent exchange rate.

GIFT CARD
Our online store offers the option to purchase gift cards to give as presents and be redeemed by the authorized person. Gift cards have no additional processing fees and will be sent to the email address to be forwarded to the recipient.

Yes! You can take as many combos as you want and enjoy their benefits. Remember that if you buy more than one combo, you will not receive an additional discount beyond the one already included in each pack. However, each combo already comes with its special discount or benefit.
The packs already have a special discount, so they cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or outlet offers. This includes the first purchase discount.
Yes, you can select different sizes for each product, always subject to availability.
Yes, you can choose from the models and colors available in each pack. The Outlet section is not available in the combos. The selection varies according to each pack, so check the details before purchasing.
The 4-product kit is designed for different types of leather, but each product is formulated for a specific material. It includes options for smooth leathers, textured leathers, and suede/nubuck, ensuring proper care according to the type of footwear.
Our combos will be permanently active, except during special campaigns such as Black Friday or other general promotions. During these events, discounts are not cumulative.

It is not necessary to be registered on the BLACK BISON website to make a purchase. We offer you a quick and secure way to shop; you only need to provide your email, first name, last name, address, phone number, and ID at the time of payment. However, if you want to stay informed about our releases and discounts, we invite you to register.
We currently do not have a physical store, but through our various customer service channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) we resolve any questions you may have as quickly as possible. We only sell through the online store; currently, we do not have partners or wholesalers.
All our sneakers come with a 90-day warranty against defects related to workmanship, stitching, and sole bonding. For more information, please consult here.
