Shipping policy

Only individuals of legal age according to their state or province of residence may make purchases through this website.

The acceptance of your order will be successfully completed when charges to your card have been made and the availability of the product has been verified.

 

DELIVERIES

When the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a message to your email and/or a message to the cell phone number (information specified at the time of purchase), about the link and the corresponding guide, which will allow you to track your package through the carrier's website.

Standard shipping

  • Delivery time: 3 to 7 business days nationally and 7 to 15 business days internationally.

  • Orders will be shipped the next business day after purchase, provided there are no issues with payment and available stock.

  • Orders placed after business days or on Friday after 12 pm GMT-5 will be shipped the following Monday (non-holiday) or, if not possible, on the nearest business day.

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in Colombia.

  • External factors, such as customs delays, high dispatch volume from the carrier, incomplete or incorrect shipping information, diversions, or the recipient's refusal to accept the order, may affect delivery times.

Express shipping

We offer a express shipping to some cities in the country. This service allows the customer to request a shipment before noon so that their order arrives the next business day.

  • Applies to shipments from Monday to Friday.

  • If express shipping is requested on a Friday, it is likely to arrive the next business day (Monday, if it is not a holiday). In some cases, it may arrive on Saturday, but we do not guarantee this option.

  • During peak shipping seasons, such as mid and end of the year, express deliveries may be delayed by an additional day due to carrier demand.

  • In case of delays caused by the carrier, Black Bison is not responsible, as we have no control over delivery times once the package has been dispatched.

Note: We do everything possible to ensure your order arrives on time and in the best conditions. However, it is important to keep in mind that delivery times may be affected by factors external to Black Bison, especially during peak demand seasons. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these cases.

General considerations

  • It is recommended to group all items in a single purchase so that the order arrives complete in the same shipment.

  • The shipping methods for combos apply in the same way as for any other product in the store.
  • The messaging service may require a signature at the time of delivery, so it is requested that an adult and authorized person be present to receive the package.

  • The carrier will attempt to deliver the order up to two additional attempts on consecutive days. If delivery is not successful and the package is returned to Black Bison, the customer must assume the cost of the new shipment.

  • We do not make deliveries to addresses different from those provided at the time of purchase.

  • There may be delays in updating the order tracking on the carrier's website (from 4 to 12 hours after the guide is issued).

  • We are not responsible for damages to packages during shipping, but we do our best to protect the products.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer free shipping to major cities in Colombia for amounts over $250,000 COP, paying through our digital platforms or bank transfers.

Cash on delivery shipments do not apply, these will have an additional cost, which the buyer must assume for this service. Its price varies according to the coverage of the area by the carrier. This service is not available on the website, it must be requested via WhatsApp at the number +57 3042575049 - (+57) 3159786494. The amount must be paid in advance to be able to make the shipment, and at the time of delivery, the product value must be paid in cash to the carrier. In cash on delivery, you can only open the package once the product has been paid to the carrier. The cash on delivery payment does not apply promotions, VAT-free days, or purchases for less than $100.00 pesos. 

International shipments will have a cost that varies according to the destination country, which will be reflected at the time of purchase. Additionally, tariffs and taxes according to the nation where the product will be imported will be charged, which will be paid to the carrier. Customs costs are the responsibility of the buyer. International shipping fees are non-refundable if delivery is not completed. 

 

ORDER CHANGES BEFORE SHIPPING

If you wish to make changes to your order (the product, delivery address, or others), you must do so before it is processed. Orders are generally processed within the day the purchase is made, according to our business hours.

Please note that the above does not guarantee that the modification can be accepted.

 

SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGES 

Exchanges are split; the shipping of the shoes to be exchanged is borne by the customer and we cancel the new pair for exchange. Shipping for exchanges on VAT-free days, promotions, discounts, or offers will also be split, the shipping of the product to be exchanged is paid by the customer and we cancel the return shipping to them. For more information about products with discounted prices, go here.  The package must be sent with a courier service with tracking/signature, to ensure the safe arrival of the return. Keep a copy of the receipt as proof of shipping. 

In case a second return of the same order is requested, we reserve the right to accept or reject the second request or if the customer wishes a refund after an exchange. If a second exchange is accepted, the customer must bear the cost of both shipments (the one to send to the company and the one back to their hands).

 

SHIPPING FOR PRE OR PRODUCT LAUNCH

The shipping of pre-launch or launch products may take longer than usual. Sometimes shipments are made on the dates of the official launch. 

 

SHIPPING ON PROMOTIONAL DATES

We will dispatch the sneakers starting from the first business day after the event dates in order of purchase, with a maximum period of up to two weeks. Possible shipping delays are related to the purchase volume on event days and/or peak season with carriers.

Products purchased on a VAT-free day that wish to be exchanged are covered according to Decree 1314 of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit: “when the return or refund of the value of the good is generated, the new purchase will not be covered by the exemption on sales tax (VAT), unless it is made on another day that applies this benefit.”

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

BLACK BISON offers international shipping. Shipments outside of Colombia may incur import duties that must be paid to the carrier. VAT will be charged at 0% on international sales at the time of payment.

International orders are shipped on an EXW basis through the DHL carrier, under which the buyer will be responsible for import expenses. Customs, tariffs, and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost. This value varies according to the destination country and the order value. Please check with your local customs office to determine if there will be additional costs before purchase.

Customers will be responsible for the return of any package due to unpaid customs charges or taxes.

We will not be responsible for your non-compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country. We reserve the right not to ship to countries where applicable export laws are prohibited.

Postal charges, shipping costs, return costs, customs charges, and handling fees will be deducted from any refund.

UNEXPECTED EVENTS

We will not be responsible for non-compliance or delay in delivery due to reasons or events that are beyond our reasonable control.

The causes of force majeure that are beyond our reasonable control are:

  • Strikes, lockouts, or other protest measures.
  • Civil unrest, revolt, invasion, threat or terrorist attack, war or preparations for war.
  • Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, sinking, epidemic, or any other natural disaster.
  • Inability to use means of transportation (ships, planes, trains, etc.) whether public or private.
  • Inability to use public or private telecommunications systems.
  • Decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions from any government or public authority.
  • High volume of shipments, warehouses collapsed by the carrier.

For these reasons, the suspension will be understood during the period of time that the force majeure cause continues, and an extension of deadlines will be provided to fulfill pending obligations for a period of time, equal to the duration of the force majeure cause, or alternatively, a solution that allows us to meet our obligations.

BLACK BISON is not responsible for any import tax or customs charges issued by the import office of your country. Such charges are issued to the recipient and are not controlled by BLACK BISON in any way.
