ARTISAN PRODUCTION
The production of Black Bison is a journey full of art and magic. Everything starts in the imagination, capturing the idea you have of the footwear with creative drawings, taking into account the shape, materials, colors, current trends, among many other details. After recreating a little, illustrating and defining the style, our modeller analyzes each design to be able to make the different die cuts, which will later go to the cutting area for the production of the footwear.
The cuts of the pieces made fit into each part of the sneakers in a perfect and harmonious way. The trimming team is in charge of this process, making the seams and assembling the upper of the sneakers. Once the pieces of the upper part have been joined, it goes to the welding area, where the shoe is shaped, using the corresponding last. At this point the upper part is almost complete, the shoe already shows its figure. But the detail of the sole is still missing, so once its shape is permanent, the next step is to fix the sole to the upper with glue and sewing, a reinforcement that will allow the durability of this union.
With the footwear almost complete, we move on to the insole area where the final touches are completed, such as lacing, cleaning, insole and patching in a careful and detailed manner. After this, it goes through quality control, verifying that everything is perfect to be packaged and put in the warehouse. Sometimes the sneakers cannot enter storage due to high demand, and they go out to distribution immediately.
In this way we complete the production process of our Black Bison sneakers.
